Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided.

Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If your return is rejected due to product condition or other reasons, we will notify you and you may choose to have the product shipped back at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Items marked  “Final Sale”
• Products not purchased directly from Herbal Healix official store or website

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Wait for return instructions and confirmation before shipping.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
